I just don't think the market is big enough. My twincharger design was up the same alley...works great, but not practical for 99.9% of people. Performance:cost ratio isn't as good. That retarded graph still gets me though lol.

Garrett does, the VNT turbo on the newer VW/Audi 1/8/2.0T vehicles. Aerocharger was first IIRC.

The 6.0L Ford Diesels use this exact same setup with Variable Vane Turbos!

Yep, and they fail all the time. They use oil pressure to control the Variable vane.

The 6.0 Fords have a problem because the EGR gets plugged. I don't believe it has anything to do with the turbo.

Ok well I believe it does have to due with the turbo, I have removed them and seen them fail allot. We have 30-40 of them we use as tugs at work, constant problems with the turbo's.

I am aware of the EGR problem, yes thats a issue too.

Oh I wasnt defending the 6.0's, if they didnt mess up we would be slow at my work too! Alot of the 6.0s problem is the tight tolerance of the Unison Ring which moves the vanes and the turbo body, they get very stuck due to heat cycles and soot build up!

Pretty much all the new Diesel use VVT. GM has had them since 04.5. IF this company is back in business and taking orders, your gonna need 2 of there big turbos to build a setup for one of these truck. That's $5000 right there JUST for the turbos, then there is the rest of the kit. I'll build a kit if anyone want to try them!

Quick Reply: AEROCHARGER? Anyone heard of these turbos or used them?
