Sorry guys, got side tracked. I had someone lined up but lost all their data while I was cleaning out my PM files.
The unit has worked great on my turbo truck so far, I am still waiting to see some summer heat 100+ for better results.

Anyone interested let me know I can build more. LOL

The cooler tank has a built in pump right to wire up? Inlet and outlet a/c coolant refrigerant and inlet and outlet intercooler fluid... any other connections? Does the fender support need to be removed? Normal mechanic wiring skills and tools will bolt it in?

No the tank is build with in and out water ports. AC line in and out. The water pump is up to the end use, we have used mezierre and Johnson, either one seem to do the job. The ac does need to be evac, for the line to be installed, then recharged once done. You loose the fender support brace.

I might have to think about something like this for the TBSS.

How much extra for a "Complete Bolt in Kit" that is functional for a magnacharger, I guess that would include a pump, if not the water wont flow right? Anything else I am forgetting trying to sum up the final installed working price.... thanks

Or can I remove the stock magnacharger resovior/pump?... Run the coolant line out of the intercooler into the heat exchanger into in port of "this unit" and then put the stock pump on the out port which forces coolant back to the in port of the intercooler? Instead of having two pumps or is the additional flow needed?

You can use the water pump you have already. You just need to move it so its lower then the tank. I mounted mine under the tank, using a bolt from the cab area. Then reroute your intercooler hoses....

Hopefully placing an order in march.. Will all the R&D be done on pipe sizing by then. How long does it take to make once the order is placed?

The set up works extremely well on my turbo truck. What do you mean pipe sizing.? From order placement will take around 2-3 weeks depending on work load at that time.
We also offer a 3/8 thick nitrous plate for the Magnuson set ups. Goes between the lower and upper intake...

TrickPerformanceProducts... You stated early in this thread you were tryin out double walled pressure piping.. not sure what that meant. Is the tube that goes from the tank to the factory ac system included show in the picture(arrow)? Would there be room to mount a tab/plate off the side to mount the nitrous controller box and clear the carbon fiber cover if the inlet water pipe was moved closer to the front of the truck? Do you have pictures of the nitrous plate and what is needed to mount it. I only have a 55hp shot on there now that is used to cool that boost. Have read conflicting ideas if meth/nitrous really do reduce iat and at 11 lbs mine are up there and need a solution. thanks

Yeah i know it is dirty/messy but it is my DD not a show winner!

Current setup

Pipe/tube supplied?
