I like all of this except for the wall of text with no paragraphs lol.

Very cool build though.

Yeah sorry about that. I never do that but that's actually something I typed up super quick like a month ago and just copied and pasted today. Posting all that is a pain in the a** since all the pics and videos are on my phone.

FI Interchillers thermal blanket to go with a set of blower spacer plates. Also sourced longer hardware from Belmetric.

Gauges wired. Waiting on Jet-Hot to get the headers back to me. I should have the transmission back from Circle D Tuesday.
Rear diff I swapped bearing cap bolts for studs and installed a TA girdle cover and filled with Amsoil 75w90.
Inside of frame painted with Eastwood Internal Frame Paint Plus.
Both front and rear driveshafts I swapped in some new Spicer Life Series U-Joints.
Also added a new spare tire hoist/carrier.

Sanded the rust off the coil brackets and face a quick prime then paint and cleaned the coils up a bit.
Removed front bumper to have a new painted and will install it.
New braided ground from chassis to engine. Looks like GM upgraded it over the years.
I warrantied the front calipers that were seizing after only about 2 years.
New Gates stretch-fit A/C belt.
New GM seal on transfer case rear output.

Fuel filler neck needed some love. Some sanding/primer/paint was in order.

Test fit tensioner/idler bracket and the 8 rib pulleys I sourced to make sure everything made sense along with sorting out the fasteners. MAGNUSON's instructions have an error. I'll remove the bracket to get the blower on easier.
8 rib underdriven alternator pulley.

Transmission is back

Stage 2.5 w/billet output carrier and I'm running an LSA converter

transmission and transfer case back in

Laying the TVS1900 on the FI Interchiller blower spacer plates

Now I can figure out the required belt length
New starter installed. I used a scrap from the blower thermal blanket to insulate the solenoid from header radiant heat
