Anatomy of a build ('13 Sierra Denali 1500)

Still working on the exhaust system.
I'll wait until the body shop does their thing and then I'll install the exhaust tips and finalize tail pipe alignment.
New fog light assemblies with LED bulbs.

A friend of mine had an alignment rack that I rent when I need it, took the truck 20 miles down the highway to do the alignment and recorded a few logs for my tuner. The body shop that will be redoing the lower part of the body is 2 doors down from my friend's shop so I stopped in and will drop the truck off Monday.

Still figuring that out. I'm working with my tuner remotely and just had my 1st few seconds of WOT today. According to my math I was expecting 9.75 pounds boost. How I got to that is: Magnuson supplies it for a stock engine with 3.3" pulley claiming 6psi boost. I went to a 10% OD powerbond which essentially(mathematically) equals to 0.3" on the top. Rule of thumb of 0.75 lb boost per 0.1" of upper pulley. 3 x .75 = 2.25 psi. Now we are at 6+2.25= 8.25psi. Dropped the top pulley from Magnuson's 3.3" to a 2.9", that's 0.4" 4x .75 = 3 psi. 8.25+3= 11.25 psi. Camshaft, Longtubes, 3 angle valve job, dual 3" exhaust I just threw out a 1.5psi drop. 11.25-1.5= 9.75 psi.
So today I was driving up a long steepish hill, rolling into the throttle in 4th gear just slowly loading the engine at 0 psi/vac/102kpa and when I saw it swing rich like open loop hit I rolled into it a little deeper......boost creeped up.....still liked what I saw on the wideband so I went WOT, the trans kicked down to 3rd.....I held it for almost 5 seconds and KPA was 163 so 9 PSI boost which RPM wise correlated to WOT @ 3,600 rpm in 4th....which kicked me down to 4500 in 3rd and ran it up to 5400 RPM. So looks like 9psi range. Not sure if I'll gain anything boost wise once I can run it up to 6500 or so. Sorry for the long winded response.
