Yep NW102 - ended up being worth 1+ more pound of boost over the stock throttle body, and that's with the standard Magnacharger tube and K&N drop in.

KOOL thread! the 102 will show HUGE gains as well!

here is a pic of a 102 addapter ring i had made

Nice. Well for my setup I'll have to push this 2300 allot harder before I am going to worry about going to a 102mm to gain a 1lb or 2. I can say I have thought of it, but I have to draw the line at the moment. haha.

New intercooler spacers I made, these were mock up. Finished ones are bonded together and cut to proper length.

The lower manifold has small nylon spacers the support the intercooler, when you add the spacer you have to make larger ones since you are raising the core off the floor of the lower manifold.

I have the same phenolic spacer (RSD Plate I think is the latest term). I got longer bolts, but no nylon spacers for the intercooler. I was planning to install this once I get the tune dialed for my most recent changes, along with a 102mm tb/adapter.
So do I need these longer nylon spacers or is it not "required"?
