Seems to work great. A few little issues with the spray bars access on the drivers side but that was expected since the spacer was fabricated without the truck. I also added Tricks' larger coolant tank. I also have a larger heat exchanger to add if I can ever figure out where to mount it and get any airflow.

If i can gain a # of boost switching / modding to a 102 im going to really have to think about it

the phenolic reduces the actual blower temps by as much as 60* after several WOT pulls.
A cooler blower makes a powerful blower!!!

Thats what I thought, but I wasnt sure if it would effect the air velocity, etc.

Sometimes what seems like it should make sense isnt always right... I just had to ask!

LOL @ the last pic.

Is that an 8-rib HD belt? If so, and that's with the RSD plate, can you PM me or post the part number? I need to get one so I can put my RSD plate on. If I remember right you are runnineg the 10% IW balancer as well?

No better way to spend a snowy saturday.

That spacer really turned out nice, excited to see the results, She runs and sounds good now, i bet it will only get better.


Instant results are def. better clearence around alt. and upper radiator hose.

Damn nice working on an engine and not getting greasy!


And thanks for the delicious German Brew, im spoiled now, american wont cut it LOL.
