Another quick dual pump fuel system Q:
Guys
Quick questions:
1. How LOUD is a Bosch 040 when used in-tank vs stock Walbro?
2. Any reason to use dual Bosch 040 or 044's instead of dual Walbros?
Build is a supercharged 370 setup on and AWD TBSS. 8psi - 12psi depending on traction and 6 or 8-rib belt system.
Just want to finalize up the setup and didn't want a sewing machine lingering in the fuel tank.
Will be running RETURN system with -8 Feed, split to -8 dual feed rails to -6 return.
Thanks!

The two I've heard aren't any louder than a Walbro 255. Pretty quiet. Mounting one inline (not intank) has a definite buzz but not too bad. I could always here the buzz of my comp 918's over the fuel pump (intank 255).
You can't fit two 040's or 044's in a stock bucket. Anyway, one 044 will easily support you 12 lbs. The 040 or a single 255 would probably need a Meth kit to supplement it. When I ran my Procharger at 10lbs with 42's on a LQ9, my injectors were at about 105%. 60's probably would have been fine.
