Other than the blower, have you done any engine mods?
Either way, from what you've posted so far, I'd keep the intake lobe fairly short in duration, but go big on the exhaust. For such a small engine, I would stay well under 220° on the intake, but go over 230° on the exhaust. Then install where the intake lobe is more advanced than normal. +5-7 would work well.

With a choppy idle the blower will make a noise from the gear clash internally. It isn't hurting it, but it makes a weird noise. Trust me, the GT2-3 with your setup would be a thing of beauty. Due to the 294 cubes you have, it might actually lope some. You might even consider the LS6 cam. Odd enough that damn thing suprises me in everything I see it put in.
