wow Tom , you are not playing on the 'testing' part.
I have heard that tuning can play a role in getting a converter to match the 60ft times they should produce...I am still chasing a tune issues thats killing .2 in my 60ft time.

I'm curious what a 50 shot would do if your on a tire. I bet you'd go 14.0 atleast maybe 13s. I think you've got alot left in your tune. I had a 3/4 ton with a 6.0 with a cam and shortie headers that Vengeance built and it went 14.4s with stock TC and tranny. My dually with a tune and exhaust peddling for traction went 14.3.

As to 60', I thought I might get a better 1 of those too.
It was same as no cam, & before that (when I had stock tranny & stall); always right around 2.2-2.35, altho the 2nd run this time, I hit a 2.4.
That was also the run I hit the limiter on 1-2 shift.
255/70 in frt, 275/70/16 are rears, so since the rear is just slightly taller, it's taking my 3.42 & hurting the ratio even more.

I thought of these things: keep a 16" (til I go to 18" or 20" for big brakes, which may be next yr, but who knows) but instead of some stock 255/70 in rear to replace my new 275/70's, just get some DR's or slicks. I'm thinkin DRs. Somehow I'm thinkin MH is gonna land out back, maybe a tad wider. Then thought, a 50 or 75 shot I could play w/. til blower goes on. I never owned a vehicle w/. N2O or FI at all. A small shot & hopefully that'd play nice w/. stock G80 til I decide what I'm doin out back, 3.73 or 4.10.
