I can get 10-12 pounds with a 6 rib on my truck...

20+ pounds with a 8 rib on my boosted vette.

procharger's belt routing is far from ideal...but thats par for the course

I run the stock tensioner pulley /w a new belt until the belt stretches, then put on a larger tensioner pulley...so far...so good...
run a belt that will put the tensioner pulley as far forward (to the right) as possible...
good luck!

I run a heavier duty tensioner meant for magnusson setups on my 427 vette, that I usta use on my sts vette (it would hit the rev limiter and toss belts) obviously truck accessories are further off teh front of the block and spacers would have to be messed with but it might help you guys.

not from a supporting vendor so if you're interested you'll have to PM me for the details.

Mangled...I thought you had a D1?

I was seeing 12-13 psi on my D1 with a 4" pulley, not seeing any slip.

It is now about 10-12 and I thought the belt was slipping, but I figured it was probably from taking the cats off. On a hot *** day it was only seeing 9 psi, but I think the heat and all the TQ management was not allowing it to build full boost.

to get the tensioner to work you have to trim a part of one of the brackets. If you buy the tensioner from leftcoast32 he will mark the place were you need to cut and explain how to install it and everything. I think but am not positive that you have to use a smaller belt also, I'll ask and see and I will let you know.

i think the belt needs to be two inches shorter with the upgraded tensioner.
