Thanks man Thats awesome feedback. Im gonna pick up some 2000 ls1 manifold for like $40. I think the only difference is the egr valve. Ill just block it off. This will save me a lot of head aches.

That nice work. You have the hot pipe on the outside of the AC lines. I like the little coolant overflow tank you got there. I just blocked off the TB warmer port. Guess you not running the stock throttle body either. What size turbo looks like something that feed a 4.8. Thanks for the input.

Thanks, Yup, the AC line drops down to the compressor before the merge, haven't had any heat issues with it. Its a magnum t70, .68a/r feeding a 5.3l. Spools very quick and is a blast to drive on the street.

Not the greatest in the world but its been working real good so far, got the stock truck manifold up and forward on the driver side and a 01 fbody manifold on the passenger side.

That's definitely not a pipe for a waste gate. I bought most of my cold side pipe from eBay and cut it. You need to go get it beaded after you cut it thought. Make sure you use t-bolt clamps, not worm gear on all your silicone.

Yeah the pipe is for the waist gate, I built it so I could use that to plum it into the down pipe or flip it around and have it into open air, I built a second pipe to use the gos straight down when its turned around into open air.
And my cold side is also from ebay, bought a intercooler kit that came with a piping kit boots and clamps. I had to buy a few other reducer boots yet but most of it was there.
