dang thats a big turbo, mines 3 inch off the turbo and I just went up to 3.5 right off the the turbo just to get some added air flow, if your 5 inch the you would want to stay that size. What turbo do you have? 5inch seems huge even for 1000hp.

sucks as a rear mount. Cant spool it but 7-8 psi in first gear. And slow to spool. Even with running the spool valve. Im sure i can make a lot more boost with the t-brake, but this is a 99.9% street truck so a lot of roll ons. Just to much hose, piping, and wiring running from the front to the back. May be in the right situation i would do another rear mount but i doubt it. Im looking to go front now.

You most likely would not fabricate anything yourself either would you. I dont really care how it looks as like most guys, im not showing the truck. I thought they looked fine. I like coming forward with the f body header because youll a better pressure balance between bank 1 and 2. The kits like trick and kb with the drivers side running all the way around behind the engine is like 6 more of hot pipe than the other side. Also with out a pressure side pipe running up the passenger side you can fit a big down pipe threw there.

i just see alot of bends and non smooth transistions with a bunch of turbulant air. oh an i built my 427 LSx 106mm turbo, built from engine shortblock to paint. i wouldnt try to use a part like that, just build some nice manifolds or wait until i haad the money to pay someone to do it.

thats the problem, not every body can spend more money when they can spend less

to each their own

BTW i found a set of pritty cheap and high quality to price ratio if anyone wants to upgrade their system or build a new one
