This is a great replacement for the entire pulley. The larger diameter with give you more belt wrap and more importantly, it slows down the pulley speed that is killing the bearings in the first place. On top of that, these bearings are easily replaceable and available at Napa for something like $10+/-.

Good point. I talked to that guy a while back when I was looking for a couple idler pulleys (ended finding them on LS1tech). If I recall correctly, he said you could use one spacer and would have to use washers to center it. I'll email him and confirm.

I emailed him but I imagine he is going to recommend his 6203 bearing shims (see bottom in this link). If you used one of these on eachside of the pulley, you could either make a shim or just use washers to center the pulley.
