With the backpressure a vast majority of the setups here have I would select a cam with single duration or a very small exhaust bias. I had a 226/226 on a 117 and loved it. Now I have a 230/233 114 and its a bit pickier but acts like a more aggressive cam, which it is. A huge exhaust bias will just hurt you with a turbo.

I run a triple 212, asking for the sake of curiosity and informational posts.

Thank you for the explanation.
Im torn here lol..Im going to assume the triple 12 would make more TQ down low..This will not be a track truck, its a go out and have as much fun as possible on the street truck.
...but a..say 228/228 .571/.571 112LSA would sound a lot better, but there goes my TQ.

You want more exhaust duration because the exhaust port usually flows a good bit less than the intake port, however with a turbo the exhaust is much hotter and therefor is more motivated to get out of the port, so you dont need as much duration. With a supercharger, you will want a bigger split.
I wouldnt consider backpressure a non-issue until the backpressure was 1.5 or better.
