boost gauge problems

Default boost gauge problems

well im noticing that my boost gauge doesnt want to go into boost, it goes into vacume, and when i wot the needle barely moves slowly into boost but not enough to turn on my meth light with is set at 3psi, i checked the fittings and hosed and everything looks fine, its been working, but i notice it today that it dont

So the meth light doesn't light up? The gauge and the meth are not connected. What I mean is your meth kit works off a MAP sensor, gauge does not. If both are not working than something more serious is going on.

ps, fix your sig...but keep it small

well when i WOT and the needle moves into boost slowly when it reaches 3psi it lights up but it dont go to 8-9psi like it should

the gauge works only into vac and some boost not all, maybe the gauge is taking a chet or something, i have all the wiring correct and is working great, cuz i know when my truck goes into boost and i can feel it just doent show the correct boost on the gauge,

Resize the pic you want to 500x150 max. If you dont have the software, post your pic in the show and shine section and ask someone to resize it for you.

if your crank is not pinned, there is a possibility that the balancer is spinning on the crank.....Since you did not know what it means, I think that is the FIRST place i would look. Pull the balancer off and inspect for damage or evidence of it spinning on the crank.

ok well my crank isnt pinned, so how can or what do i need to take the crank pulley off and inspect for any evidence of spinning, and once again im sorry this is something new for me, does it mean that the charger spinns to fast
