does the black canister besides the charger on driver side, when it opens, it opens slowly and closes slowly is this normal, i called magnacharger today and they told me that the charger is working properly cuz i was on the phone and had the truck running and gave it throttle and it wines they said its producing boost, so my next thing is to take off the balancer and check and see it's not spinning, it feels like it's missing power
