Pvc cap in the pipe with a air nipple to pressure it and just cap off the other end.
Regulate it down to 20PSI and spray with soap and water from a squirt bottle.
Check for bubbles!
Any leak that you need bubbles to locate at 20 psi isn't worth repairing.

I'm surprised nobody has suggested this yet, so I will. Maybe you have already tried this, it's old-school, but it works.

With your engine idling, spray carb/choke cleaner across all parts of your intake system, including the MAF and all tubing, gaskets, clamps, etc. Listen to the engine the entire time. Any little tiny leak at all will pull in the carb cleaner, and the engine sound and idle speed will change a little bit. Stop spraying, it goes back. Do this until you find your leak.

Don't spray it on your coils.......

Good luck finding the problem.

pm sent most hated!
I will also post here to help. I did not figure out the problem, i am pretty sure the placement and the airflow was just screwing with the maf. Justin and I went to work and i picked up a 2bar map, a 04 tac module, pedal and wire from the pedal to the tac. Every thing bolted straight up and we flashed in a 2004 os with a cos 3 and the truck has never ran better! Nonnie helped be get the tune going since there was so much to do, and justin is working now on dialing it in so that it will be good and safe but push the envelope a little.
I hope this helps some of you guys!

If I remember right dosent putting the maf near any bends cause them to act up because the air speed around the bend varies in speed?
