boosted 408s come in this thread
was wondering how many boosted 408s are out there and what are your combos to the "T". my L92s had a serve mishap so Im going to be rebuilding the motor and been thinking of boost. im almost sold on boost at the moment. i want 7xxrwhp minimal on pump gas. so lets here the combos and your experience with them, how they drive, how they preform and etc. give ball park price if possible, if it gives you a headache and all that jazz

so rule of thumb when running L92s make sure you have strong enough springs and the springs were capable of 650lift as well, lol

Ouch, Im sure thats next on my "to destroy" list
FYI, Im running 9:1CR in preperation for boost later on down the road when my wallet recovers from the rest of this ****. According to Richard its a good compromise between boost capability and out of boost performance. I have a dyno chart from a twin 402 with a tiny cam making north of 1000hp with 8.2:1CR on 93

Hey sorry to hear about your **** busting up on your Quik. Don't mean to jack your thread but you have any carnage pics? As far as twins on a 408 I'd think there's a lot more of those running around the tech side no? I'd go with twin 76's but you can get alot more hp than the 700rwhp your looking for.
