Default boosting the crankcase/ oil leak

I have a breather on each head, and no pcv currently. Ever since this motor has been in the truck, I think its had a small oil leak. Then once I installed the turbo, this thing will puke a shitload of oil under boost/hard driving. Ive checked everything, both valve cover, all sensors, turbo drain and feed. Ive also replaced the rear main. Nothing has seemed to change, I can completely coat the crossover in oil under a 0-80 mph run. The oil seems to originate in the rear main area still. Maybe even the back of the oil pan gasket. The first pcv I had set up, I know presurized the crankcase because it puked out the dipstick, maybe damaged the seal? I will attach a few pics later.

Anybody had any problems like this? suggestion?

Im starting to wonder if im still pressurizing the crankcase and pushing out the seal?

Would a leak down test determine if your blowing boost past the rings? Or a compression test?

Run up to harbor freight and buy a compression and leak down test gauge(s). That should rule out bad rings

Check the oil pressure sensor, behind the manifold. I cracked mine, and thought it was a rear main, or oil pan for about 2 weeks. I also thought the manifold had a vacuum leak, and when I went to replace the intake gaskets, oil was all over the back of the motor.

Also, I would check the o-ring on the dipstick. I had the same problem and was coating the entire engine bay. I had to bolt my dipstick holder down and I was still blowing the dipstick out. I was also leaking a ton of oil out of the dip stick holder through the o-ring. I put a breather on the valve cover and that got rid of the problem. I probably have some blow by through the rings but it is liveable for now. I would look in that area to check also... Hopefully you figure out the problem..

ReadyAl checked the dipstick as well as removed the manifold and replacved oil pressure sensor.it will literally pool in the 80e inspection cover, doesn't seem to originate any higher than rear main, with the exception the running down the creases of sufaces, ie where the block meets the bellhouding

I had a similiar leak on my 408, but I never really found out where it was coming from and it was far less severe than yours. I think it might have been the back of the oil pan/bottom of rear cover.

On a side note, where did you get the breather for the driver side valve cover?

pcv valve with a built in 90* and a vatozone breather.

My are to bring both lines together in a vented catch can, at a later time

***actually its just a straight breather the 90 is on the pass side
