all this intense math and chemical formula to save a penny. 5 gallons of meth lasts me a YEAR. ok maybe you use more than I do but 6 months for ~$25 is still a few pennys a day.

same here, but I don't think most of you guys are running 20 pounds on a 9.5 motor on 93....

when you tune for straight you know exactly what you have and don't have to hope and pray for a proper mix....its consistent.

Bingo. That's why I quit mixing methanol and water and just went to straight methanol. I bought 20 gallons of meth and even running it straight it lasted me almost 2 years.

I'm lucky my buddies at the speedshop have alcohol pro-mods I get over there before they mix there lube into the alky and top off my cans....so I get bulk rate.

Its getting bad though between my sub and vette, my buddy's 408 avalanche, and two buddies with diesel trucks....we're just at the point we're saying screw it we'll buy a drum this season....(guess who's garage it sounds like its gonna sit in.....)

I went 100% as well. Hell I still have 40 gallons of methanol wasting away in my garaged. I wonder if methanol makes a good weed killer?

A guy on the local GTO boards gave me about 2/3 of a drum...it's been sitting in my back yard for over a year now, I haven't even opened the damn thing. I need to get it up for sale and get rid of it.

Most of the local speedshops are VP fuel dealers and sell 5 gal cans or 55 drums if you're hardcore, the drag strip also has it and cheaper but u need to bring your own container
