Thats what Im trying to accomplish however your supercharger is before the TB and mine is located after the TB. so in idle it is either going to continue blowing off if or it will happen only at throttle release.

I did the same w/ my procharger after the bypass tube popped out of the inlet elbow and the exhaust burned a hole in it. I aslo turned the bypass valve 180* so it vents at the fan shroud. It quieted things down significantly.

Don't know how you would do this on your KB setup though.

Im going to shut the bypass valve for a trial run to understand characteristics of the blower to size a BOV. Looks like a bit of trial and error.

Wasn't thinking about the KB, I am sure there is a way, just have to figure it out unfortunately
