sounds OK its probably a p-trim turbine. i would pick a bit bigger turbine housing. .84A/R or so but that's me. I'm no pro on turbo sizing. i have a .84 or maybe its .81 a/r housing with a p-trim wheel. it spools stupid fast and takes me to about 5500 rpm where it falls off. but like i said I'm no pro i just know a t3 housing is way too small for a v8. i'll see if i can get some help in here

if you have a p-trim wheel you can put a p-trim housing on there wether it be t4 or t3 so you can take off that housing and install a t4 .81a/r housing.

my cam is makes power till 6500 rpms. I want to be able to take it to at least 6k before boost peaks.. so would I get a bigger a/r housing or smaller? i also have a 3500 stall on it so ill be well into boost when I launch..

i would do the .96A/R if it were me. infact my new turbo has a .96. go to that llink and ask the guy if its a p-trim housing. the p-trim is the turbine blade itself. IIRC the blade size inducer/exducer and the ratio of the one to the other. i got a masterpower t3 housing and it fit right on my garret p-trim turbine wheel
