Who's running A/C with a Turbo on a 88-98 chevy truck? I can't install it on the bottom due to the mounts. Any help would be appreciated. I modified the old bracket to fit on the pass side head but don't have a lot of room with the compressor and hoses in the way. I have a pic her without the hoses,just imagine them there. tell me what ya think

 

you might try looking in to putting a compressor off of a newer truck as they are skinner. try looking at the retro a/c for a mounting bracket. i know they make a bracket / compressor kit for my 67 lemans that only replaces the compressor and all the rest the a/c is stock.

I've read you could use one off a car as they are smaller..

Me and my brother have been researching doing a lq4 swap in his 95 Chevy and that's what we found people were doing. Also with the Transdapy mounts its in their footnotes about the car style ac compressor..
