Default Casper V-Plus Volt booster instead of BAP?

Several LS1TECH guys are running this and I just went over the connections on my alternator and TPS and I believe this will work.
I e-mailed John @ Caspers Electronics about whether it would work or not, and he replied that he didn't know, that I would need to compare the connections.
It won't work with the drive-by-wire trucks I know...but I believe that all of my connections are the same as this unit designed for 98-02 f-body LS based set-ups.
It's a whole helluva lot cheaper than any BAP and if it works for kp and mightymouse over on LS1TECH...that's good enough for me!
Does anyone know for sure that I am correct...OR...that I am absolutely wrong?

not sure why this was moved from FI
I don't believe I've ever seen anyone with a BAP on a n/a truck...
perhaps it is more appropriate here...anywho...

Anyone interested can just go to Caspers Electronics website...link available on LS1TECH...in list of sponsors...and search for V-Plus Booster...

Any input would be great...thanks!

I think the biggest thing is the fuel pump wiring. take a look at www.racetronix.com at the hot wire harnesses. me and 02Reaper were talking about this stuff just the other day and we might be putting a harness together to test

It works perfectly!
Plugs right in and from 70%+ TPS it boosts right around what it claims to...my gauge actually showed a 2.5 increase

I just ordered one. How are you liking it so far? I'm suprised there isnt more interest in this, seeing as its less than 100 bucks and I like the idea that you wont have voltage drop under a WOT.

ranwalk...my feelings exactly...
I was really surprised that when I posted this originally that there was no responses at all...I do believe that it would've received more attention if it had been left in the FI section...
mine has worked flawlessly so far...

Did you notice if it changed your A/F ratio any? Curious if any changes to the tune would be needed.
