Default Compound boost

I've been looking at the trick front high mount turbo system, and with several Whipple's for sale (cheap!) recently, I been toying with the idea of a compound boost setup. I know the complete kit might not be compatible with the 07/08+ trucks, but will the manifold and head unit work? Where could I find out if the manifold and supercharger will bolt up and actually have the pulleys line up w/o TOO much fabrication?

Thanks in advance.

Too much trouble. I'd just pick one or the other.

I've been toying with the idea myself. Haven't gone to deep with it but think a vortech or pro-charge would work with my maggie setup. Think could get the pullies lined up okay but would have to go with an 8 rib setup.

Why......Worst idea. Nothing like compressing Air twice.

I was thinking the same thing....Why? It might look impressive but I would not think it would work to well. Too many headaches too!

If you keep each device working in its adiabatic peak you may end up with an efficient high boost level. In theory of course. Even one after market power adder is complicated enough, adding another will 'compound' these issues (pun intended). Someone still needs to try it and report back.

Best of both worlds Off idle instant torque of the supercharger, and easy adjustable high boost numbers for the top end!!

Some day I will do this!
