Problem solved.

Why so they can get jealous? There's an inspection sticker on the truck, what are they going to do?

if he lives in CA, they will pull you over for something stupid and make you pop the hood. They are trained to see in intercooler and if they do...they will make you pop your hood...yea...living in CA kinda bites...

That's unheard of around here. A supercharger, loose converter, LT's and loud exhaust however might get you a ticket for noise. The only time a cop would ask to see under the hood is if he's a motorhead too.

Well if you live in CA or any other state where imperialistic search is possible then I suggest you buy a unit that is CARB legal like the Magnuson Magnacharger line of superchargers, I suggest them anyway!

yeah... fi you live in CA just get something that is CARB approved, if you live elsewhere get whatever the hell you want. However I have heard of n2o being illegal in some states. So keep that in mind, where do you live?

technically the nitrous has to be hooked up and active to be illegal from what I understand in CA. I keep a large shirt over the bottle, just looks like a mess in the back.

Sad thing about being CARB legal is the officers in CA don't care...they'll give you a ticket and you have to go to a State Referee to have them write off the CARB stuff, but at the same time, if you have other stuff that he can see that's not CARB (ie, external fuel pump, intercooler, intake, even loud exhaust, etc) the State Ref will write you up for those...that's a reason why I'm glad I'm no longer there.
