Couple Whipple questions.
I bought an 03 Tahoe Z71 with a Whipple charged 5.3 but the engine was blown so I put an 03 6.0 in it without the Whipple. Now I'm ready to put it on, without the whippletronics, but I have a few questions I wasn't able to find answers for.
The billet water neck that comes with the kit was left on the old 5.3 I guess cause I don't have it anymore. Is there any other option for me to get a 90 degree neck for the water pump?
This Whipple has a 4-3/8" pulley on it. I found a thread on a Whipple 6.0 and there were posts about which sizes people were using but sometimes its hard to figure out who's actually talking about a 5.3 or 6.0 engine. If they were talking 6.0 then this pulley should build just about ZERO boost for me. Is this correct? If so, which size pulley should I use for a fairly safe (not too safe ) level of boost. I do plan on inter cooling if I can figure out a way to do a good setup (my next search on here).
Fuel pump and injectors. I think I remember reading a while back on here, something like an aeromotive 340 being one of the options, but I can't find the threads. Any recommendations? I see most recommend 42lb injectors without the whippletronics. Will 42lb still be fine with inter cooling or does that not make a difference? brand recommendations?

Only question I can answer. I would do 60's rather than want to change them again in the future.

For the water inlet, try to put it on going the other way and using the radiator hose backwards, puting the radiator end on the water inlet. Its been a long time since I had my Yukon but as I recall that worked out very well. Also, I fabricated a bracket for the alternator to hold the hose.

I was looking around some more last night and realized the reason that billet neck is used is because of the piece that bolts to the manifold. If I can figure out an inter cooler that goes straight in to the manifold then the stock water neck might not be an issue.

Sweet, thats kinda what I was hoping for. An OEM alternative. Thanks.
And just to add a little info that may help someone else later, I picked up my spark plugs today and the AC Delco Pro Platinums with GM part number 41-932 are now part number 41-993.
