all that said, you can now order a complete 6/8/10/12 rib w/8" crank pulley conversion kit from ATI minus the idler pulleys and blower pulleys.
Initially, there were a few fitment issues with the power steering pulley but I have since worked with ATI (great orginization btw) to produce a true "truck specific" conversion kit. see pics below:

problem:

truck bore larger than the LSx bore and when mounted p/s pulley had a different index

solution:

ATI retooled thier p/s pulley to fit truck applications

alignment verified, ATI now stocks these pulleys

Nice pics Grip. Looks like you had some crank pulley slippage in the past.

thanks, yes I sure did, and that was with a stock Radix setup....luckily the crank didn't lose any of its diameter where it counted. I recommend everyone pin thier crank now

Thanks for all the info Grippy. So you have a IW crank damper but the rest of the pulleys(PS, Alt, WP, Tensioner) are ATI? Didn't you retro fit some BilletFlow idlers on the stock Radix bracket?

btw... sent ya a PM about some other stuff.

PM answered, yes IW crank damper, ATI alt/tensioner/power steering pulleys, Magnuson Blower pulleys, and Metco Idler pulleys.

I recommend the Metco 100mm idler pulleys simply because they were the only company willing to work with me on the fitment of them to the Radix bracket, the rest is just an extra Magnuson supplied spacer or one you have machined yourself.

I did a little more research and the 8-rib pully setup may be a 'down the road' mod since it looks like it will cost a little over $900 for the whole setup (crank, all accs, idlers, etc) which is a little out of my budget right now.
Whomever I decide on to build my motor, I am going to request that they go ahead and key the crank and have my stock pully machined to fit. Are the keys a standard size?

TTT for more info....

Does the IW damper uses a 3/16" key or 1/4" key? According to ATI's site they use a 3/16" keyway. My motor builder is going to key the crank and stock balancer for me and I need to know what size to use for and easy swap to the future 8-rib conversion.
