DBX's™ proprietary Digital Response Filter (DRF) can filter noise, yet allows quick response to rapid air flow changes in one direction. DBX's™ DRF filters out camshaft intake reversion and/or pressure surge (from turbo's or superchargers). This feature allows the DBX™ mass air meters to be used in a suck-through application or a blow-through design such as a turbo or Procharger® application with the same DBX™ mass air meters.

hmmmmm

I would be a little worried about the center section breaking off, especially on a boosted setup, but that is just me...

That's hardcoded into the PCM. Any MAF that's hooked up will still max at 512 g/sec.
