Thanx.

I ended up coating both the cold and hot side with some high temp aluminum based paint. The cold side is looking great but the exhaust side started to peel off in places in just a few weeks. It didn't matter as I pulled it out and cleaned & wrapped the exhaust - cats to turbo - in fiberglass heat wrap with foil tape over the top to stop it getting wet. It's working well, turbo spools slightly quicker now.

Set up - nothing too fancy. 6.0, forged pistons & rods, 8.5CR, #42 injectors, GT37 turbo, A/A IC, straight Meth inj, think that's about it.........

Don't have any numbers yet, as it happens I had it on the dyno yesterday for the first time. Not easy to find an AWD dyno DownUnder, I finally found a place with a dyno but as it wouldn't open far enough to suit my wheelbase I had to make some extensions for it. Got the truck on there OK in the end.

I was lucky enough to have Mario (writer/owner of HP Tuners) come down to tune the truck. Bad news was I had regular fuel in the tank so we only tuned it on low boost - 4.5psi. Didn't get any great numbers but got it running nice and smooth with no KR at all. Plan is to come back next week with a tank of premium and a fresh tank of meth and turn the boost up to see what it has in it....

Definetly keep us updated. That is a clean set-up! I'm thinking of doing something with the cold side as well, just haven't figured out what yet.

What kind of EGT's do you guys see? I am wondering if this kind of set up would work for towing... I would mount the turbo(s) right under my center cab section since my truck has a lot of room there to give me a Mid-Remote set up... I am thinking maybe twin turbos done like this would give better EGTs as well...
