Do trucks equipped with 5.3's come with a 2 bar map?

That is correct! The Cobalt SS had 1 BAR MAP sensor, but they also had a 2 BAR BAP sensor ... the later is the one for boost applications as noted above.

I just checked mine, KB is right. The once you originally posted was a stock sensor. My 2bar matches the one KB posted as well.
