I'm using the Labonte Motorsports injection kit.

I'll have pricing tomorrow, but kits will be a couple weeks out. Still waiting on supplies and tooling.

----

A little update.

I couldn't resist. I plugged in the spray controller to see what iats would be under boost, at 8psi. Note: water injection kit is only spraying water.

Great results! Temps would never get above 130degs without spray.
Now with spray, temps fell below outside temps.
It's about 94deg tonight and iats registered 91degs with just a short 400ft run.
I guess the water is cooling the entire tube down nicely, because iats remain in the 90's for about 4mins after the water is done spraying.

Iat sensor is located just before the throttle body and the nozzle is located about 10inchs before the iat.

I like the config of the charge tubing after the intercooler, because the maf is directly adjacent to the nozzle, but not before the air travels 180degs.
So, no drips on the maf for trucks still running the maf. Any drips from the nozzle will remain in the P trap, then quickly evaporate, never touching the maf.
This is usually a problem with trucks when the nozzle is located up hill to the maf, when the meth is done spraying, left over fluid drips from the nozzle and contacts the maf sensor, causing issues, sometimes.

Now that I know iats will be under control, I can't wait to monitor pressure, before and after the intercooler. Sensors should be in next week.

Dyno tomorrow!

I have a feeling this is going to drive down the cost of front-mount kits substantially...

i have a buddy with a nnbs yukon xl. could you make this kit to fit on one of these? he is up in the air about n/a or boosted.

Not at all. Actually, a/f ratio was at 11.8-11.9 at mid and high rpms and 12.4 at low rpms w/boost.
I plugged in the controller today and didn't change a thing in the tune. Air fuel ratio was exactly the same, 11.8.
To be honest, I didn't change the tune going from 5 to 8.5 psi either. I tune for the 5psi , then all cells below that, I gradually increase the value, so it's usually pretty darn close.

I have a customer already in line for this kit. He has a nnbs 07. Swapping over from another kit, so it'll be a great comparison!

I'll keep updating this post!

thanks,
allen

Ok guys, had it on the dyno this afternoon.

I'm happy so far with the results.
I changed the spring out with a 7lb spring. Dyno and gauge is showing 7psi.

Intake temps were at 82 degs with it being 89degs outside. So the intercooler is doing it's job, with a little help from some water injection.

Test vehicle is an '05 Avalanche with a stock 6L, small 212 cam.
Muffler is a magnaflow.
Truck does have 32" heave 20's, I'll be dyno'n it with stock wheels later today. I'm guessing another 30hp just from stock wheels.

HP: 498hp
TQ: 489tq
at 7psi.

Time to start cranking it up.
