I think that's y I loose Boost at higher rpm, I'm try to pin the crank sat

The bolt will be hot after normal operation cause it threads into the crank and the crank gets hot from hot oil.. if the crank pulley was spinning it would get very hot and probly to the point it would damage the seal and start leaking.. i agree with switching the hoses first, and then fix the crank as soon as you can.

It's not just hot. If I put my fingers on the edge of the bolt it burns ur finger

agreed, this is the action to take. Plumb the actuator to the pressure side of the manifold, more than likely this will fix the problem.

And yes, pin the crankshaft.

Well I tryed putting the actuator to the 1/8 nipple back of the supercharger and this didn't help

Its possible the actuator is bad
