I've been running twin intank walbros for a while and making a harness is on my to do list. Are there hot wire kits out there or do you make your own harness?
Anyone know the factory wire size to the pumps?

As far as a plug and play I've never see one. However, there is simple and possibly less expensive way around that problem. I use magnafuel's generic fuel pump relay kits, they make two.
One of them (MP-1050) ($50) uses two 30amp relays, and has about 2 foot of wire out each terminal. Main power coming into the relay is 10ga. and wire out for pump supply is 12ga. This is the one I've been runing on my truck. and just signaled it off the factory pump hot wire (the grey one). I mounted these in the back and ran 2 15' pieces of 10ga up to the alt. and hook direct to the relays. These relay were close enough to the pump that I was able to use the accessory power leads off the relays to go straight to the pump. 2 main feeds, 2 main outs, triggers by factory pump wire. I worked pretty good and gives you a bit of a failsafe in the event that on of the relay's fail.
They also make this same relay kit with one relay instead of two. It's like $20
I remember doing a volt drop test through the system but can't remeber the exact result, but it was fine.
