This is a great read. I'm always excited to see what you've done next. Theres so little shared experience with the wilder stuff that its always great to see what you've done next. Keep it coming

here are a few pics from last night at the track. it looks like we are geting some weight transfer but it is still lighting up the tires. we went from a 15psi launch to a 8psi launch and got the same 60' so it seems anything about 8psi is just going up in smoke.

A long time ago in my youth.
we went out to some farms that had cattle guards by the gate
Made out of rail road track.
we cut two sections that could slide in to the frame of a truck
And be welded in to place.
We almost made it so we could not bolt the bumper back on.
With the help of a torch we made new holes.
Now that extra weight went straight to the tires for traction.
If somebody you know has a free weight set with iron weights.
you can set up something in the trunk close to each tire to see
If adding 50 or 100 to each side help any.
i have seen water bladders where they could be filled with a set
Amount of water to help with traction.
Lets see how it hooks with a little extra weight put in the right places.

well, i'am not sure i shoud post it here.
but anyway, the 5.3L vortec engine and turbocharging it seems to be one of my favorites in the engine swap i try to plan.
so if anybody in here could give me alittle more advice, about what mods i should do to make this engine a 500-600HP beater car engine on 12psi of boost.
i don't plan to make my car a trailer queen in anyway.
, and just want to have a daily driver i can trust on, altough i only make around 5k miles in a year on this car.. just for fun..but i'am fed up with working on stock 4.3L v6's turbo intercooled engines they put in syty's
Thanks
