What makes it better than the 1 port? The manual says that the 2nd 2 port combination is for the widest range of boost. What's the drawback with that? 1st 2 port combo is for setups with high back pressure. I guess they want you to try multiple setups to see what works best.

Here's a thread I made about this very same question... https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...umbing-506387/
I am currently running a single port setup with the light wastegate spring. At the lowest setting it will do ~4psi. Haven't tried the highest setting yet, I'm still working on the tune. I ran both wastegate lines to the solenoid so I can quickly swap the lines around to run 2-port. The one-port method uses boost to open the wastegate, while the 2-port method uses boost at the top to offset the boost at the bottom, giving you a wide range of control I suspect. High back pressure will try to open the gate, hence the desire to use the 2-port hookup with high back pressure. The third option is to run the top port to boost and vent the bottom, this should keep the gate closed the longest.

I think I'll start with the 2 port method.
That's really nice that you can get down to 4 psi. I see 7 psi with a peak of 8.5 psi with the lightest spring in my jgs 50mm. I'd like to see 15 psi with the controller and it should bring the boost in faster as well.

Bumping this back up because I got the stuff today.
I'm guessing you guys have the solenoid mounted underneath the truck? I'm thinking somewhere on the passenger frame rail near the WG should be good. They really don't give you too much vacuum hose with the kit which would have been nice.
