With the turbo he is using I doubt it...post a pic of the solenoid hooked up.

Considering I just unhooked a manual boost controller that I was easily doing
20-23psi, I think I've got something wrong.

What boost do you get with SP1 at 0?
Does the solenoid cycle when you do the cycle function?

I get 12 psi set at 30,40,50,99
Haven't tried that function yet.

Should work fine if its hooked up that way. Check the vacuum lines and wires.

Solenoid function test works. I did have the overboost still set to the factory setting of 7psi. I changed that to 23.5psi and now it works better but the boost spikes to 20psi and goes back down to around 10psi. What now?

Maybe try a single port or the other two port method, just to see what happens. Do you have the RPM correction on? If so try turning it off.
