I think I'm probably going to do the remainder of tuning on a dyno. Don't really feel comfortable driving it hard on the street, not to mention the truck is pretty conspicuous..
You are probably running out of pump. The 450 is supposed to be good to about 650 on e85... At that boost you're probably there or close.

Crud. The thought of changing out the pump again makes me cringe.

I could always go to a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio of E85/93 but I really prefer straight E85 for the theoretical extra safety factor.

Mine is at 20psi with the 50/50. Aside from the roar, the engine is silent. No knock, even with crazy high IATs.

I may try the 50/50 next time. What's your target AFR at WOT?

.78 lambda or so. I lean it out into the .85 range under 10psi. Makes a boatload of power even at low boost.

Damn that's significantly leaner that I'm targeting. I've read that you get more cooling effect in the cylinder with richer mixtures with ethanol which is why I've been targeting around .71 lambda.

It does make it cooler, but you sacrifice power. Same with gasoline. The slower burn rate of ethanol makes it a beast when you lean it out. Just keep timing in check and it'll be fine.
