Default few questions

have a few questions about a fuel pump and couplers for my turbo. im going to put a walbro 255 this weekend before i put the turbo on, my fuel gauge is wonky so it need to be done anyways. the pump i have is the standard pressure one, should it be the high pressure unit? i don't think il be going over 500hp for a while. also the throttle body and mass airflow are 3.75''. are 4'' couplers ok for that and just suck it down with a clamp?

They make silicone couplers in 3.75", may as well use them!

Both versions of the 255 will flow around 50 gal/hr at 60 psi. At higher pressures the regular version drops off quicker because the relief valve opens sooner.

so i tried the coupler it fits pretty good, don't think there will be any issue with it. just gotta tighten the clamp a bit more.

found this video on youtube about walbro pumps, i tried mine out for a second (yeah i know its bad, was just for a sec) mine sounds like the supposed fake more than the other one. i did buy mine from a local place and even asked them if they had any come back, he said not any had come back....any thoughts

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7102y...eature=related

the pump i have is a unit #F20000169 on the pump not 341 or 342. seems to me that the gss340 341 and 342 are the ones being copied. am i getting paranoid?
