H/e mounted up with light coat of black paint to keep a somewhat sleep look behind the Chevy grill, fabbed the top mounting bracket with a piece of flat stock bent with channel locks:
The trimming that had to be done on the back side of the plastic grill to clear the h/e (a lot of trimming):
H/e squeezed in there:
Done! Can't even tell there is a h/e behind there

Here are some pics of how I mounted my TruCool. My Radix HX is mounted in front of this. You can see the bypass under the cooler. Will post more pics of Radix HE mounted in front of this. I purchased the mounting brackets from teesee150 for an easy-clean install.

I am using the same setup as Atomic and TX Tahoe Z71. I'm thinking about moving the Radix hex to the lower valance. I'm concerned about having 4 hex in succession and the last one(engine coolant radiator)getting enough air flow. Not quite sure how to carve up the valance and still have it look good.
