Here is a couple pics with the body removed from the plug. If the porcelain is cracked, it's not really visible. The black soot will flake off a little. I haven't had time to regap or even drive the truck due to weather and backed up work in the shop.

I'm not sure on timing, it has a custom os so I can't read it with my cats cable. A/f I believe my wideband shows around 11.9 but its never been real accurate. We do have it a little heavy on fuel since I pull a trailer quite often. It's tuned by Bluecat so I'm sure the tune is great, we are still gonna spend a little time on it and put it in some situations but just trying to see if anyone else has had this issue or knows what would cause a plug to look like this.

A/f is 11.2 to 11.4. I determined that I was blowing spark out when the plugs got vert little age on them. I closed the gap and it went away but power seemed down. I put a set of Taylor 10.4mm wires on it and opened my gap back up and no issues since. It made right at 500/550 on 14lbs. It's a stock cam, stock bottom 4.8, I did install a set of stock ls1 heads.
