Are you using any special techniques to weld the stainless, I ahve heard alot about needing to seal off the end of the tubes and filling with argon while welding it to get proper penetration and make it easier to not burn through it.

Purge welding is a MUST. After all the pipes are proper the will be taken off the flange and one end will be capped. The other end will be capped with a special cap that alows my purge line in. If you don't it will crack and break as a best case scenerio. If you don't purge weld, then it leave a ton of oxidixed particles on the inside that will end up in the turbo. Probably killing it.

I cant wait to get a house so I can get a TIG welder and start playing

thats going to be a fun one to weld!
what gauge stainless?

you can use tin foil as a cap as well (for back purging). little cheaper and easyer to use.
