oh my. Thats gorgeous. Do the fuel pumps need a casing around them? Can any insulated wires be used in fuel? That coolant reservoir bracket is pretty sweet if i might say so myself.

There is no baffel in the tank. The casing will have a couple one way flow orifaces to let gas in. When it gets sloshing in the tank the pumps will have their own resiviour to keep them feed. I'm certian enough that general wiring will be fine in the tank that we're using it.

thanks

The return line is already built it. Its the center one. The only thing left on the fuel pump is seal the bottom and add an evap port. I have a lincoln 185 TIG. There on close out right now cause they stepped up to a 215 machine. Its a very nice machine and I just upgraded to a water cooled torch. It has issues welding 1/4" aluminum. I probably should get a bigger machine, but most of our work doesn't get that thick.

The oil line didn't get quite the drop I was hoping for but it does not run up hill at all. I guess we'll just have to see if 1/2 pipe, and what ever size AN that is will flow enough to not back fill the turbo.

I know I keep asking about the damn return line but...do you have a bulkhead fittin with a big washer on the inside of the oil pan or is it just drilled and tapped. How thick is that pan if its tapped?

Keep the pictures comin, this is a great build!
