Front mount turbo and fiberglass hood....

Anybody ever have any problems with heat from the turbo and a fiberglass hood??

i have a carbon fiber hood with a fiberglass frame and haven't had any heat problems so far

Depends how close your turbo is to the hood. If you have any worries, tubro blankets and reasonable. you can also do a metal heat sheild on the turbo, or put a heat barrier against the hood itself.

yeh iv seen a few hoods (not on trucks) that have a big spot on the outside of the hood where its gotten too hot.

BTW whats wrong with the trick website?
