Default fuel pressure drop under boost

OK heres my problem. At idle and just above pressure is fine ,as soon as it goes under boost, pressure drops to low 50s I replaced the intank and the inline both and taken it to be dynoed tuned twice and both times same thing. Now the intank pump works and the inline is out again. So Im gonna replace the inline with the walbro 255 and pitch the second one from THE KIT. I know ive read something about this same problem a while back but i cant find it anywhere. Obviously the pumps ive gotten from the manufacturers kit blow but could something else be causing this, FPR?

ive done searches under everything and stuff comes up but this is my second pump from the kit and it lasted 5 minutes at idle and less the 20 miles of babying it to the shop.I guess my question is could it be just the pump causing this or a combo of the pump and FPR. I forgot to add that once i got to the shop it took probably 10 seconds of cranking to start and i read that long starts can be a sign of a bad regulator. Also where do you get the walbro pumps from?

have you checked your fuel pressure regulator? Have you checked the wiring on the pump? Have you made sure the ground is good for the inline?

I bet its a regulator issue. If it's ONLY losing pressure under boost then it sounds like the FPR isn't doing it's job.

ooooffff and replacing pumps in the mean while. Yeh check that fpr. I believe, may be wrong with the new kits, but the radix inline pump is a walbro 255. If it goes bad, it's a fluke or your stocker went out first and the inline was just running on lots of air and overheating.

Ive got to wait till later today to check on the regulator. the wiring is good and the ground is all good. Ive read and heard there has been quite a few issues with the kit pumps and number 2 is bad now, so I have to buy another one and keep my fingers crossed.

tell ya a secret...I went through 2 as well. Even though I did go through it myself, it is hard to believe we can have to product failures in a row...I hear ya man, feel your pain

Well I called and had number three sent out today.keepin em crossed that this is the lucky one. Also did regulator check and its good 61-63 with line off at idle and as soon as i try to bring the RPMs up it falls but never below 52 or so.
