Will this setup be enough to expand in the future? You guys need to post up pictures...I would like to see. What did you do with your stock lines? Evap purge line? Where did you run the new ones? Along the frame and overtop trans like stock ones run?

i got rid of mine and used high pressure 3/8"s fuel hose (feed) and a 1/2" fuel hose for my return, its draining through the large evap port

took out all the old lines, ran new lines on the inside of the frame rail from the tank kinda like stock

edit: i didnt go over the trans, i came over the top of the drivers side fender well

How did you get to the engine? Ran along firewall?

yup, my regulator is mounted to the ground point on the firewall next to the brake booster stuff. so its routed along the firewall to the rails and back

This is the setup I used when I was returnless. I used an earls fitting to convert the factory hardline at the firewall to -an line. Ran a single -6 to a Y then to the front of each rail. I also had a -6 crossover at the back. This was being fed by a single 255 intank that retained the factory bucket fill venturi system.

You can barely see it in the picture but the evap line that comes up the motor was just disconnected an dangling there. It's that black line you can see between the alt. and the intake tube with the green thing on the end.
I just turned the codes off in the tune and left it there hooked up to nothing. Ran it like that for years.

Not sure how interested you'd be in my current setup but I have a bed mounted fuel cell. -12 line feeding a 4303 magnafuel pump mounted on the frame rail at the very back of the truck. Then a -10 line runs up the frame rail to about the middle of the trans. Then it y's to 2 -8 lines feeding the back of each rail. Then 2 -8 lines out of the front of each rail to the regulator mounted on the firewall above the motor. -8 return back to the fuel cell. I was using the factory "hot" wire that powered the stock pump to activate the dual relays for the pump. I had 2 10gauge wires coming off the back of the alternator that ran back to each relay, then the 2 relay wires to the pump. That way if one relay failed the pump would still run. I have the relay mounted about 10 inches from the pump to also help with voltage drop.

This is the way the fuel system was when I ran 10.46 with 60lb injectors and the meth kit cranked. At 75psi of fuel pressure IDC was at 140+%. AFR control at the IDC is non-existant. I'm guessing thought that with this much fuel system, 60lb injectors could support 600 rwhp very reliably.

I'm gonna use this same fuel system to feed my new combo but with 120lb low-imp injectors. I can turn the fuel pressure down to about 40 psi static which will allow the pump to flow more volume.

Remember as pump pressure goes up, volume delivered goes down.

As far as the evap stuff, that **** has been in the trash can since I got rid of the factory tank.

I think it would be cheaper, if you switched to a return setup, ran a big single in tank.. Just my 02
