cablebandit is running those fuel rails...
EVERY AN fitting that came with them leaked...
he replaced them with some from Hydraulic Supply and hasn't had any other issues...
I bet it WAS your FPR...there are ALOT of people running the stock rails and FPR's into high HP #'s...
glad you got it fixed regardless...AND those rails look killer...

For those planning on this dont EVER use teflon tape on anything in your fuel system. Use liquid pipe sealer from the hardware store. Teflon tape has a way of coming apart when exposed to gas and making its way into your fuel system. It will gum up the regulator or your injectors. I made this mistake 2 different times because it is easy I tried it the second time.

Im not sure. I know right where the crossover tube is the fuel line is really small and maybe my stock regulator was messed up and was only putting out 45-50 psi?
You might want to consider using the boost reference port. It should rise on a 1:1 ratio.
Under boost you might see 75+ PSI of fuel pressure.

I guess if your AFR is good then keep it as is..

Yeah I tryed the liquid pipe sealer the first time but it melted like butter. I decided to use the teflon tape. I was really carefull on wrapping it to make sure not leave any loose tape. I may end up using beter fittings and be done with it but its working fine for now.

Yeah I may try that to see if I can get anymore power out of the fuel system. At 17-18 pounds of boost the injectors are at 92% with 65psi fuel pressure. It should flow alittle more fuel at 75 psi.

Yep, If those 60lbers were rated at 60lbs/hr @ 43.5 PSI you are currently pushing 73lbs/HR @ 65PSI and if you jumped up to 75PSI with your 1:1 ratio increase that should net you about 5lbs/hr more.

Let us know what that will do!

I am willing to bet it was the stock FPR. Mine took a dump before.
Fueling is a huge issue! Glad ya got it figured out.

Just an fyi Justin. Hunter02SS has the twin setuo I was telling you about. He has 60 lb injectors and dynoed over 1000 rwhp. I believe he is running his fuel pressure up to about 75-80 psi to achieve those #s.

It leaked everywhere!

That thing must be a hand full to drive. Has to be 800-900RWHP at that boost.

Yeah I think its atleast 700 rwhp at 18lbs. Its a ton of fun to drive. Its weird because my GTO is my slow vehicle and my truck is the faster one. haha
