He's supposed to have a 100mm TB setup this spring.

I'd be in for one of these for sure. Here's a newb question, who makes a 90mm intake for our trucks?

Is it plug and play or is there re-wiring involved?

The question was who makes 90mm intakes. No wiring involved there. To get the current GM 90mm ETC(Electronic Throttle Control) TB's to work there is some re-wiring or purchased pigtails available along with possibly a new TAC(Throttle Acuator Control) module

Here is a link on the L92 manifold with pictures.

Another option LS2 manifold

Rather than getting to far off topic with this thread... basically there are issues with using the current available GM 90mm TB's and not getting complete range of blade motion and this thread covers a potential solution to it. There are numerous threads on the subject available with simple searches.

I talked with Nick tonite for a few minutes... he has been awefully busy. He did tell me he is ready to go, programming wise, but has not been able to get machine time scheduled for this project until next week. I guess the shop is swamped...

Hopefully a sample in a couple of weeks Hang in there guys
