Garrett T3 too small for 6.0 GM? found a kit at a good price just wondering i think this turbo is too small for my application from the research ive done

guy says its rated at supporting 600hp could that be right ?

It'll be build boost extremely quick lol.

Just for reference, our base kit for the 6L is a T4 T76.
