Good cams for Procharger set-up?

I would think you would want a lower intake duration compared to the exhaust, like 215/230, and a higher intake lift ~.600 and lower exhaust lift .575 and of course less overlap. 114-117. That would be a ballpark guess, depending on your preferences and cubic inches/ heads, etc.

If I go with a custom grind and use what Procharger recommends for the cam specs,what would be a nice set-up?What kind of lift and duration would give me the most over all performance?I don't know where the lift and duration #'s become to large for a blown 5.3.If I had to guess it would look like this: 220 230 .550 .560
